We do it right the first time!
Every install begin with a diamond grind to prep the concrete for install. Cracks and pits can be fixed/filled as needed. We use a polyurea basecoat, as this holds up better then traditional epoxy with our harsh MN climates. From there we use a full flake broadcast in a mix of your choice. To top it off we use a UV stable polyaspartic top coat.

How much does a coating cost?
-Typically a 2-3 car garage falls between $3,000-$6,700. Factors such as concrete moisture and cracks can fluctuate the price, after our initial site visit we will have an accurate estimate for your job.
How long after install can I use my space?
-We recommend waiting 24 hours before walking on your new floor, and 72 hours before driving or putting anything heavy on it.
What is covered under warranty?
- We cover any sort of chipping or peeling. We are unable to provide coverage against cracking due to uncontrollable conditions in which the concrete was installed.
How long does installation take?
-Most garages can be completed in one work day. If there are cracks, oil residue, or moisture issues, additional time will be required to install the coating properly.
What do I need to do prior to my service date?
- Everything must be removed off of the garage floor prior to install. If the concrete is covered, we cannot coat it. It is also recommended to wash your floor 72 hours or more before coating.
